These shades are the ultimate in soft stylish elegance.  Their design combines the best of both worlds of having a blind and a shade in a single product.  Sheer Horizontal shades are similar to a fabric version of Venetian style blinds.  Horizontal vanes of soft polyester are suspended between two sheer facings which offer light control while still enjoying the view.
